Privacy Policy

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, mobile number, email address (optional on some forms), and which form you used — for example an enquiry, an e-book download or an onboarding request. Nothing else is collected about you.

To reply to your enquiry, send the guide or e-book you asked for, and follow up about money coaching or mutual fund onboarding. That is the only purpose.

I do not sell, rent, trade or share your details with marketers, lead-generation companies, external databases or any third party for their own use. You will not receive spam or unrelated promotional messages from me.

Submissions are stored in a secure, access-controlled database and are visible only to me. Notification emails go to my own inbox. Service providers used to run this site (hosting, database and email delivery) process the data strictly on my instructions.

For anti-spam purposes only, the site keeps a one-way hashed technical fingerprint of a submission (never your raw IP address) so automated bots can be rate-limited.

Enquiry details are kept for up to 3 years so I can maintain continuity with clients and prospects, and then deleted — or earlier if you ask.

You can ask me at any time to show you the data I hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Write to atul.naval@gmail.com and I will act on the request within 30 days.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not build a profile of you across other websites. Basic technical storage is used only to keep the app working and, if you install it as an app, to keep it available offline.

If you contact me on WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Investment platforms such as Nivesh and ZFunds collect and hold your KYC and transaction data under their own policies — I never ask for your passwords or OTPs.
